Anwix Realty is based in Andheri West, right opposite J.P. Road. We are in Guruditt Niwas, on the first floor in Flat Number 5. It is a pretty convenient spot for us because Andheri is such a major hub. The building is older, and you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to us. Our office doesn't have any flashy signs or anything like that. It is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We spend most of our time dealing with people who are looking for places in the Bandra Suburban area. Being on the first floor is nice because we can look out and see the crowds moving along J.P. Road. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the local shops, but we don't mind it. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute someone is on the phone and the next they are filing some legal documents. It is a bit chaotic at times, but we manage to get things done. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else. We just try to keep things simple and help people find what they need without any extra fuss or complicated talk. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us here.
