Anu Realtors is based out of Shop Number 211 in the A G W building in Geeta Nagar. We are down in Colaba, pretty close to the Navy Nagar area. It’s a historic part of town, and we’ve been here long enough to see a lot of changes. Our office is small and usually has a few maps pinned to the walls. We spend our time helping people find places to stay or shops to rent. Colaba can be a tricky place to find a good spot, so we try to give people the real story on every property. We don't do the whole high-pressure sales thing. If a place has a leaky roof or noisy neighbors, we’ll probably mention it. It’s better than having someone unhappy later on. We walk around the neighborhood a lot to check on listings. Our desks are usually covered in keys and rental agreements. It’s a lot of talking to landlords and tenants and trying to make everyone agree on a price. We aren't a big corporate agency with a fleet of cars. We just use our own feet or a scooter to get around. People know us as the local folks who know which buildings are good. We just keep it simple and try to be honest about what’s available in this corner of the city.
