Ansuni Design Studio

Our studio, Ansuni Design Studio, is on the first floor of the Gagangiri Co-op Society building. We are in A Block, which is right at the junction where Carter Road and Union Park Road meet in Khar West. Being at that specific intersection means we see a lot of life going by outside our windows. The traffic can be a bit much during the evenings, but inside it’s usually quiet enough to think. We have a modest space where we keep our computers and all our design gear. It’s not some high-end office with a receptionist. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting at our desks, trying to figure out the best way to put a project together. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just wear comfortable clothes and work on what needs doing. The building itself is a typical society building, so it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We started this studio because we wanted to work for ourselves and keep things straightforward. If you come by, you might have to ring the bell a couple of times if we have our headphones on. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just provide design work that makes sense for the people who ask for it. It’s a small operation, and we like that we can keep track of everything ourselves without any fuss.
