If you head down to Tankshal Pole, you’ll find our shop at number 2. We’ve been dealing with steel for a long time. It’s a noisy business, lots of heavy lifting and moving stuff around the floor. We get all kinds of people coming in looking for specific pieces. Sometimes they know exactly what they want, and other times we have to go through the stacks to find something that works for them. Sakinaka is a crowded area, so getting trucks in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We just deal with it. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just plenty of metal and the tools we need to get through the day. We spend most of our time out back or handling orders. It gets hot in the summer with all that metal around, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t use any of those big fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell steel. If we have it in stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we see when it might come in. Most of the regulars around here know where we are. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s steady work. We open up early and stay until the work is finished for the day. That’s about it for us at Ansu Steel Center. It's just a regular local business doing its part to keep things moving.
