Anokhee Catering

We operate out of Keshavji Naik Chawl on Bhavani Shankar Road, near Charni Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of history behind it. Our kitchen is located at number 109 and we’ve been working out of here for quite some time now. We aren’t a big catering company with fancy trucks and matching uniforms. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers getting the food ready for local events. We do a lot of weddings and small family gatherings around this neighborhood. People know us because we’ve lived in this chawl for many years. We handle all the cooking ourselves, right from buying the vegetables at the market early in the morning to finishing the final dishes. It’s a lot of manual work. The space is a bit tight but we make it work for us. We don’t have a website or a fancy office for meetings. Most people just call us on the phone or come by the chawl to talk about their food orders. We write everything down in a big old notebook we keep on the table. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are multiple orders on the same day, but we always manage to get the food delivered on time. It’s a family business through and through.
