Our office is over in the Heera Panna building, room number 50. If you know where the Oshiwara Police Station is, we are right behind there. It’s a busy spot in Andheri West, and the traffic is usually quite a mess. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking, so most people just take an auto to get here. We’ve been running Annur Estate Agencies from this same spot for years now. The office isn't very big, mostly just a couple of desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. We deal with all sorts of properties around here, from small studios to the bigger apartments further down the road. It gets pretty loud outside during rush hour, but inside it’s mostly just us on the phones or filling out forms. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a headache because of the paperwork, but we’ve gotten used to the way things work at the registrar's office. We don’t do any flashy advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us already. We spend a lot of time walking to different buildings to check on keys or show a place to a family. Sometimes the elevators in these old buildings are out of order, so we get a lot of exercise. It’s just how it is working in real estate in this part of town. We keep it honest and just tell people what the situation is with a house before they sign anything. It's a lot of work but it's what we do.
