Annapurna Foods

Annapurna Foods is located over in Bhandup East. We are in the Alkapuri Society, right on M K High School Lane, at number 23. Being near the school means it gets very loud and busy when the kids are coming or going, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Our space is mostly taken up by the kitchen area and where we pack everything up. There’s always the smell of something cooking in the air, which makes us hungry even if we just ate lunch. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us working together to get things ready for the day. The floors are always being cleaned because we have to stay on top of things in a food business. We have a few delivery bikes that park outside in the lane. The neighbors all know us, and we often chat with the teachers from the high school when they walk past our door. It’s a hardworking environment. We start early in the morning to get the fresh batches done before the heat of the day kicks in. There isn't a lot of space for a fancy office, so we just have one small desk in the corner for the bills and the phone. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food and try to get it out on time.
