You can find us at Office No 3, in the A Wing on the Ground Fl. We are in Dahisar, right opposite Parbat Nagar. Anju Estate Agency has been operating out of this spot for a long time. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because people can just walk right in when they see us through the window. Dahisar is a busy part of the suburbs, and there is always a lot of noise from the main road and the people passing by. The office is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs for visitors, and the walls are covered in maps of the local area and lists of properties. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around showing houses to people. It’s a lot of legwork, and it can be quite tiring in the heat. We usually have a big bottle of water and some tea on the desk. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It is just a few of us who know the neighborhood really well. We’ve seen Dahisar change so much over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it serves us well. We don’t have a fancy website or any marketing stuff. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or see our sign while they are walking past. It is just a steady, local business where we try to stay organized.
