Our office is situated at 6 Mahim Crose Road, right inside the Prabhu Building. Mahim is a busy place, but our little corner feels a bit more settled. It’s a professional space, but we don’t go for the cold, corporate look. There are files everywhere, and we still use a lot of paper despite everyone talking about going digital. Anita R Parsekar Associates is where we handle the day-to-day needs of people who come to us with their documents and problems. The Prabhu Building has its own character, with its old stairs and the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks, going through records and making sure everything is in order. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We see a lot of the same people coming back year after year. Sometimes we have tea together while we discuss what needs to be done. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We don't like overcomplicating things with big words or confusing terms. It’s a small, local practice where we know our clients and they know they can just walk in and talk to us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we feel right at home here among the daily bustle of the road.
