Anita Modi

I’ve been working out of my place here in Malad East for quite some time now. You can find me at Raheja Apartment, specifically in Flat No 417. It’s located right on City Light Road in the Panchsheel 3E area. People usually know the building because it’s been around for a while. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just a quiet space where I get things done. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside gets a bit loud during the rush hours, but inside it stays pretty calm. I usually spend most of my day at my desk here. Living and working in the same spot has its ups and downs, but it works for what I do. Most of my neighbors know me, and I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Getting here isn't too hard if you know the Malad area well enough. I don't really have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just me handling the daily tasks and keeping things organized. I’ve found that being in a residential apartment makes the whole work thing feel a bit more relaxed than being in a sterile office block. There’s a tea stall nearby that I visit often. It’s just a simple setup, nothing too special to look at, but it serves the purpose. I prefer keeping things straightforward without any unnecessary complications in how I run things. I've lived in this city all my life and Malad has become home for the business too.
