Anish Motwani Associates

Our office is situated in Chembur, specifically at Sai Chambers on the second floor. To get here, you have to go off Palm Grove Road and find the A Cross. We are right opposite Gulmarg Society, which is a good landmark if you are getting lost. The name on the board is Anish Motwani Associates. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is quieter here, which helps with the work. The office has a lot of natural light coming in during the morning. We have a few desks pushed together and a corner for all the files and drawings. It is a working office, so there are usually rolls of paper and pens scattered around. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. The building is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying heavy stuff. We have a small pantry where we make tea and sometimes eat lunch together if we aren't too busy. Chembur is a nice area, and being near the society means we see the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with a lobby and security guards. It is just a few of us doing our jobs and trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink at the worst time, but we manage.
