We have our office in Dahisar East, specifically in Mangla Apartment. It’s right across from the Corporation Bank, so it’s easy enough for people to find. We’ve been working out of this division for a long time, helping people with all kinds of property and legal matters. Our room isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the printer or someone talking on the phone about a contract. We don't go in for big marketing or flashy displays. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know we’ve been here for years. We handle things like documents, registrations, and general advice for people looking to buy or sell. Dahisar is a fast-growing area, so there’s always something new happening with the local real estate. We spend a lot of time at the government offices or checking through stacks of papers to make sure everything is legal and correct. It’s tedious work sometimes, but it’s necessary. We aren't a corporate firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us who know the local rules. People often drop in just to ask a quick question or to get a document stamped. We try to keep it simple and give them the facts without making it too complicated. It’s a straightforward business and we’re happy to be part of the Dahisar community.
