Anand Sharma Freelancer

I am Anand Sharma and I work as a freelancer out of Plot 14 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. Being at Prabhadevi in this part of the city means there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the nearby factories. It is not the quietest place to work, but I have grown used to the hum of the machines and the general hustle of an industrial zone. I set up my space here because it felt right at the time. Plot 14 is easy to find once you get into the main lanes of Bommasandra. It is a straightforward setup. I do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it is just me at my computer or talking on the phone. The area gets a bit muddy when it rains, so I have learned to keep a pair of boots by the door. Some days are busier than others, depending on what projects are coming in. I like the independence of being a freelancer. I do not have to follow a strict corporate schedule, though I usually end up working more hours than a regular job anyway. It is a simple life here in the industrial area. You see the same faces every morning at the gate. It feels like a small community even with all the heavy industry around us.
