Amit Pandey

I’m Amit Pandey, and my workspace is over at Kailash Plaza in Ghatkopar East. I’ve got units 508 and 509 on the fifth floor. It’s a decent building, located pretty close to the Odian Theatre. I decided to set up here because it’s easy for people to find. I spend most of my day at my desk, handling whatever comes across it. It’s not a big corporate firm with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It’s just me and a couple of helpers sometimes. The building can be a bit slow with the elevators, so I usually end up waiting a bit when I come back from lunch. I’ve been in this line of work for a good while, and I like having my own space to handle things. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything I need. Some days are slow and I just catch up on reading, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. I don't really do much advertising. People just seem to know I’m here. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and being near the theatre means there’s always something happening outside. I like the area because of the food stalls nearby. It’s a straightforward life. I come in, do the work, and try to keep things organized. It’s not perfect, but it’s my business and I’m proud of what I’ve built here over the years.
