We are in Jogeshwari West, specifically the Sethna area, and we are quite close to the 24 Carat Cinema Hall. Having the cinema nearby is helpful because everyone knows it and can find us easily. Our agency helps people buy, sell, or rent property around this part of the city. The office is not very big and it is usually filled with maps and ledgers. We do not go for the polished corporate look that some of the newer agencies use. We just sit down and talk to people about what they need and what their budget is. S V Road is always extremely loud with horns and buses, so we have to talk a bit louder sometimes. We have seen many buildings go up in Jogeshwari over the years. We know the landlords and the history of many of the apartments in this area. It is a lot of running around and checking on keys, which keeps us busy.
