Ambika Estate Consultancy is located at Office No 143 in Naman Plaza, over in Kandivali West. The address is a bit long because it mentions S V Road and New Thippasandra, but we are primarily found behind Shoppers Stop in the Puttappa Colony area near the 3rd Cross. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but not too bad. The plaza itself is usually buzzing with people going to different offices. Our room is on the smaller side, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. There’s a desk for the paperwork and some old chairs that have seen better days. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls have a few scuff marks from moving furniture around. We spend our time talking to clients and looking at different property listings in the area. Kandivali is a busy place, and being near Shoppers Stop means there’s always something happening nearby. We don't have any professional decorators coming in; we just put things where they fit. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic from S V Road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. It’s a local consultancy where we know the streets and the buildings around us pretty well. We are just a couple of people working hard in a small space.
