Amar Estate Consultant is located at 112 in the Arundhaya Society. You’ll find us in Andheri East, right behind the Hanuman Mandir. This is one of those parts of Mumbai where there is always something happening, usually involving a lot of noise and people. Our spot in Arundhaya Society is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when we’re trying to go over documents or talk to a client. Being behind the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers every day, which has just become part of the background of our work. We deal with a lot of residential stuff around here because Andheri East is always in demand. It’s a lot of work keeping track of which society has a vacant flat or who is looking to lease their space. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just know the streets and the buildings because we spend all our time in them. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or work in the local offices. It’s a lot of drinking tea and looking at maps of the society layouts. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. If someone needs to find a place near the station or the temple, we usually have a few ideas off the top of our heads. It’s just a local consultancy, nothing more and nothing less.
