Amar Estate Agency is tucked away at number 14 in Gokul Residency. We are in the Thakur Village area of Kandivali East, which is a pretty busy spot to be in Mumbai. If you know the area, we are near the Oberoi Garden Tower and not too far from Gidc Vatva. Dealing with property in Kandivali is a bit of a wild ride because everything moves so fast. Our office isn't very big, just a corner in the residency where we keep our files and take meetings. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or walking through different buildings to check out flats. Thakur Village has its own vibe, and we’ve become part of that over the years. We aren't some massive company with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us trying to keep track of who is moving where. The traffic near the tower can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a polished pitch to give anyone. Usually, people come in, tell us what they can afford, and we tell them what’s actually available. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes we get a lunch break, sometimes we don't. We just try to help out the neighbors and anyone else looking to settle down in this part of the city.
