We are based in South Mumbai, specifically at Hutatma Chowk in Fort. Altimus Alibaug Realty sits on the third floor of Parekh Mahal, which is Plot 60 on Janmabhoomi Marg. It’s an old building, like most things in this part of town, so it has that classic feel. We spend our days looking at property options, mostly focused on the Alibaug area even though our office is here in Fort. The commute can be a bit much sometimes, but we like being near the center of things. The office at 301 is where we do all the legwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who want a getaway outside the city. It’s not a flashy setup. We have desks, some chairs, and plenty of maps. Dealing with land in Alibaug takes a lot of coordination. We have to keep track of titles and local rules. Sometimes we go down there to check on things personally. In the office, it's just regular work. Janmabhoomi Marg gets quite crowded during the day, so it’s always lively outside. We’ve been here for a while and know the local tea stalls and shops well. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on the real estate side of things without making it complicated. Just a small team doing our thing in a historic neighborhood. We keep our files organized but things get busy.
