You can find Almina Estate Agent at Shop No 3, Building No 3, in the Shal area of Jogeshwari West. We are pretty close to Kempegowda Nagar and the BMC Hospital, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Our shop is small, mostly just a place to keep all our property listings and keys. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, looking at different flats and buildings around Jogeshwari. When we are in the office, we’re usually on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking titles, and making sure all the documents are in order. The shop doesn't have any fancy decorations, just some chairs for people to sit and talk. It can get a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but we just keep a cloth handy. We know these streets very well, every corner and shortcut. Being near the hospital means there’s always people around, so it never feels lonely. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, trying to help people find a place to live or work. We keep things simple and honest. If a place has a leaky tap or a broken window, we’ll tell you.
