We are located at Apeejay Chambers on Wallace Street in the Fort area. Our office is on the first floor. Working in Fort is different from the rest of Mumbai because of all the old stone buildings and the history around every corner. Almendro Properties and Trading has been set up here to handle various real estate and trading tasks. It’s a busy spot near the courts and the docks, so there’s always something happening right outside the window. We aren’t a huge corporation; it’s more of a practical operation where we keep things moving day by day. Most of our time is spent talking to other traders or looking into property listings across the city. The office has that old-school Mumbai feel, even though we try to stay modern with our work. We deal with a lot of different people, from local shop owners to folks looking for office space in the 400001 area. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated pitches. We just tell people what’s available and what the price looks like. Sometimes we’re out on the street for half the day, and other times we’re stuck at the desk going through ledgers. It’s a bit of a mix, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the details and try to make sure every deal we work on is handled properly without any unnecessary drama. It’s just how we run things in this part of town.
