Our office for All Real Estate is at 18 Narayan Dhuru Street, which is just off Alandi Road. It is a simple storefront in a regular neighborhood. We have been here for a good number of years. We help people find flats to rent or shops to buy in this part of town. It’s not a high-end agency with suits and ties. We are just local people who know the streets and the buildings around here. If you come in, you’ll probably find us sitting at a desk with a lot of papers and folders. We don't use fancy software or anything. We mostly rely on our own knowledge of the area. We know which streets are quiet and which ones have problems with the rain. We try to be direct with people who come in looking for a place. If a house is old and needs work, we tell them that. It saves everyone time. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with drone videos. We just have a sign and our phone numbers. A lot of our business comes from people just walking in because they saw we were nearby. We like helping people find a place to live. It feels good when someone finds a home they like through us at number 18.
