Ali Real Estate Agent Consultant is over in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East. We are right besides V.T. Bakery. The smell of fresh bread usually drifts into the office in the mornings, which is one of the perks of the spot. We are also quite close to Siddhivinayak High School, so things get pretty noisy when the kids get out for the day. Our office is a modest space. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big glass front. It’s just a place where we can sit down and talk about houses. We’ve lived and worked in Vikhroli for a long time. We know the people and we know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. Sometimes we meet at the bakery next door if the office is too full. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the community here. We see the same faces every day. People stop by to chat even if they aren't looking for a house. That’s just the kind of place this is. We keep it simple and just focus on what’s right in front of us. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
