We are Alfa Tools Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us on the 3rd Floor of the Dhan Nur building on Sir P.M. Road. Being up on the third floor means we’re a bit removed from the constant noise of the Mumbai traffic downstairs, though you can still hear the horns honking all day. Our office is where we handle all the distribution and sales of various tools. It’s a functional space with shelves full of product samples and boxes of files. We aren't a big, shiny corporation with lots of levels of management. It’s just a small team of us handling the daily tasks of running a tool business. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure our clients get what they ordered without too much trouble. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, and we have to walk the stairs, which is a good workout I suppose. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our business comes through long-standing relationships we’ve built up over the years. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we don’t have something in stock, we’ll tell you straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest player in the market, just a reliable source for people who need good tools for their work. It’s a steady job, and we’ve been at this same spot for quite a while now.
