You can find us over at Halimabai Chawl, right on Hill Road in Andheri East. We are directly opposite Uttam Da-Daba. If you can find the food, you can find us. Alfa Real Estate Consultant is just a small office in a very busy part of town. It stays pretty loud outside with all the traffic and people going to get lunch. We don't have much in the way of decor. It’s just a few desks and some old chairs. We’ve been helping people find places in Andheri for a long time. The neighborhood is crowded and moves fast, so we have to keep up. Sometimes we’re juggling three or four things at once. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any stretch. We get a lot of walk-ins from people just passing by the chawl. We know most of the shop owners around here. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just try to provide some help when someone needs a place to stay or a shop to rent. It’s straightforward work. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just know the streets and who is moving where. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the door open to catch a breeze. People stop in for a chat or to ask about prices. We stay busy enough and that is enough for us. It’s just regular life.
