We’ve been running Al-Mafs Estate Agent from this spot for a good number of years. You can find us at 89 Bandra West, right opposite the BMC Bank and Gujarat College. It is a noisy street but everyone knows where the office is. Usually, it’s just us sitting here with some files and a phone that doesn’t stop ringing. If you are looking for a place to stay or want to move out, we can help find someone. We know most of the building watchmen and owners in this part of Bandra, which helps get things done faster. There is no point in making things complicated with big words. We just look at what you need, check what is available, and go from there. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit of time because of the rules, but we try to keep it moving. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We drink a lot of chai and talk to neighbors who drop by just to chat. It is a simple setup. If you’re near the college, you’ll see our sign. We handle shops, flats, and whatever else comes up. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the tricks of the trade. Just come in and tell us what you are looking for.
