Our office is tucked away in Room Number 6 on the first floor of Sanghvi Bhavan. It’s located in Zaveri Bazar, specifically on 3rd Agiary Lane in Khara Kuva. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it’s famous for jewelry and very narrow, crowded streets. Akshi Properties has been operating from this spot for a bit. It’s a tight space, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with properties in the older parts of the city. It’s a lot of old buildings and complicated paperwork. We don’t have a big shiny storefront. People usually find us by word of mouth or by wandering into the building. The energy in Zaveri Bazar is something else, and we’re right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of our time explaining things to clients and checking on old records. It’s not always fast-paced, sometimes things take forever because of the red tape. We just keep at it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or expensive suits. We’re just here to get the property stuff sorted out so people can get on with their lives. It’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but it’s where we work. If you can navigate the lanes to find us, we’re usually there working through the latest pile of documents.
