Our office is up on the 4th floor of the Govardhandas Building on J S S Road. It’s right in the heart of Girgaon, at 116 J S S Road, specifically 51/C. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a climb every day, but it’s a good spot to work from. We’ve been consulting on real estate around this neighborhood for a while now. Girgaon has those old buildings and narrow lanes that have so much history, and we know most of them by heart. People come up to see us when they want to figure out what to do with their family property or if they are looking for a rental in the area. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the office, but we make it work. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and talk to owners and tenants every day. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of tea. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the J S S Road area really well. The building is old but sturdy, much like the way we do business. We focus on being honest about what’s available and what the prices are like these days in Mumbai. It’s not easy finding a place here, so we try to give people the real picture without any fluff.
