We've been here in Dahisar East for a while now. Our office is right on D Madya Marag, just opposite the Nithyanand Building and near Manav Kalyan Kendra. People usually find us easily because of those landmarks. We deal with flats and shops around this sector. It's a busy area and things change fast, so we try to keep track of what's available. If you're walking around Sector 9, you've probably seen our sign. We handle rentals and buying or selling for the local folks here. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, talking to neighbors and checking out new listings that pop up. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just part of the job in real estate. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend all day here. If someone needs a place to stay or a small shop to start something, they come talk to us. We don’t have a big fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we can sit down and look at the options. Dahisar has grown a lot and it’s getting crowded, but there’s still good spots if you know where to look. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to buildings to check on keys. It’s simple work, really. Just helping people find a roof over their heads or a place to work. We’re usually around most days if anyone wants to drop by and chat.
