This office is on the first floor of C/2 along the Mulund West Link Road. It’s very close to MCC College, so we see a lot of students and local residents walking by every day. It’s a simple setup. I’ve been working from this spot for a while now. The room isn't very large, but there's enough space for a desk and a few chairs for whoever stops by. The light comes in quite nicely through the window in the mornings. Being on the Link Road means there’s always the sound of horns and cars, but that’s just Mumbai for you. People usually come in to talk about their requirements or to drop off some paperwork. It’s a very local operation. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. Most of my day is spent reading through documents or taking calls. Sometimes the tea man comes around and we take a break. It’s a quiet place mostly, unless the traffic is particularly bad outside. I’ve lived and worked in Mulund for years, so I know most of the people around this block. It’s not a corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just me and a bit of help when needed. We keep things moving along at a steady pace. No rush, no fuss, just getting the work finished properly as it comes in. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but they hold up the shelves just fine.
