Ajay Estate Consultants is based in Shop Number 43 at Viceroy Court in Thak Kandivali East. We are pretty close to the Domino's Pizza, which makes it easy to tell people where to go. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough space for us to sit down with clients and go over their requirements. We’ve been in Viceroy Court for a good while now. It’s a decent building and there are always people moving about. Our work involves a lot of consulting on different types of real estate. Some people want to invest, while others are just looking for a new apartment for their family. We see a bit of everything. Kandivali East has changed a lot, with new towers going up all the time. We try to stay updated on all of it. The office is usually cluttered with files and brochures, but that’s just a sign that we’re busy. We aren't corporate types who use big words to sound important. We’re just regular people who know the local property scene. Some days are long, especially when we have to visit multiple sites across the city, but it’s part of the job. We don’t have a flashy website or a team of marketing people. Most of the people we work with are neighbors or friends of people we’ve helped before. It’s a simple business built on just showing up and doing the work every day for our clients who need a bit of guidance.
