You can find us at Plot 366, Room 8, in the Sainat area of Kandivali West. We’re quite close to the Nag Devta Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place for the first time. Ajay Estate Agency is a small setup. It’s basically just one room where we handle all our business. It might not look like much from the outside, but we’ve helped a lot of families find places to live around here. Kandivali West is a big area with a lot of narrow lanes and hidden buildings, and we know most of them. We’ve been working out of this room for years. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to check on properties. We don’t have a big staff or fancy computers. It’s mostly just notebooks and a lot of local knowledge. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we’re busy with another neighbor, but we always have time for a chat about the local market. It’s a humble place, but it works for us. We don't make things sound more complicated than they actually are. Buying or renting a place is a big deal, so we just try to give the facts. The area near the temple is usually busy, so there’s a nice energy around the office most days while we work. People come in with all kinds of questions about room sizes and rent prices, and we do what we can to answer them plainly.
