You can find us at number 5, Gokul Avenue on Shastri Road in Kandivali East. We are located very close to the Cambridge School, so the area gets quite busy when the kids are coming or going. Being estate agents in this part of town means we know almost every corner of Kandivali. Our day-to-day work is mostly about connecting people who have a place to rent or sell with those who are looking. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking around different buildings and showing flats. When we are in the office, it’s mostly just making calls and trying to get the paperwork in order. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a family-run business, so it’s a bit informal here. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics; we just show the place and let the people decide if it works for them. Sometimes it’s hard work when a deal falls through at the last minute, but that’s just the way it goes. We keep our files organized as best we can, but there’s always a lot going on. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the school. We just focus on helping folks find a home they like without making it a big ordeal. It is a steady way to live and work in this part of Mumbai.
