We’ve been at Shop No.8 in the Dheeraj Grand building for a while now. Being in Bandra West, specifically around the 15th Road area, keeps us pretty busy. We help people with property stuff here. It’s not a fancy office, just a local spot where we talk to neighbors and folks looking to move into the Old Wadaj vicinity. Dealing with houses and shops in this part of town is what we do every day. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of the job. Most people just walk in from the street to ask about rentals or what's for sale nearby. We know the streets around here well because we spend all our time at the shop. It is a small team, usually just a couple of us sitting at the desks. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more about sitting down and seeing what someone needs for their family or their business. The 15th Road location is convenient for most people in Bandra to find us. We keep things straightforward. If you are looking for a place or want to sell, we are usually around during the day. It's just a regular local business trying to get things right for the people who come through our door. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just want to make sure the property deals go through without too much of a headache for anyone involved.
