Up on the 18th floor of the Valencia CHS building, you'll find Agotbee Realty LLP. We are in A Wing, unit 1802, right in the middle of the Hiranandani Garden area in Powai. If you know Mumbai at all, you know Central Avenue Road is the main way to get around here. It’s a busy area but being up in Valencia makes it a bit quieter for us. We spend our days here looking out over the Powai area. The pin code is 400076. Most people who live in Hiranandani know where Valencia is, so finding us isn't too hard. It’s a nice building to work out of. We aren't a giant corporate firm, just some folks working out of a flat turned office in A Wing. The 18th floor gives a decent view of the surroundings. Mumbai City is always moving, and Central Avenue Road is always packed with cars and people going to work. We’ve been set up here for a while now. Agotbee Realty LLP isn't flashy, we just have our desks and our files and get on with the day. Sometimes the lift takes a while because it’s a tall building, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. Living and working in Powai has its own vibe. We are just part of the local mix here in the garden area. There are some good places to grab a quick lunch around the corner if you know where to look.
