Our main spot is at 187, Sunrays Shopping Centre in Kandivali West, but the address also points over toward Saikripa and the area near ITPL Road in Brookfield. It is a bit of a spread-out way to describe where we are, but we make it work. The office is right next to the Apna Bazar, so there is always plenty of noise and people doing their grocery shopping just outside on the 4th Main Road. The shopping centre itself is an older building, which actually suits us just fine. Inside, we have got different maps of the Beml Layout pinned up and a desk that is usually buried under a mountain of various documents and files. We have been acting as estate consultants for many years now, so we have seen how much the area around Thumbana Halli has changed. It is not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular, slightly cramped office where we talk to people about buying or selling their houses. We often have the radio playing quietly in the corner, and there is always a few newspapers lying around to keep up with what is happening nearby. Sometimes the commute between the different areas mentioned in our address gets a bit tiring, but that is just part of the job. We do not use any of that high-level sales talk you hear elsewhere. We just sit down, look at the options, and try to help people figure out what makes sense.
