Trying to find a flat or an office in Bandra West is always a bit of a struggle. That is what we do at Afsana Estate Agency every single day. Our small office is located at 59 on the 1st Main, right where 1st Temple Road is. It’s not a big corporate space with glass walls. It is just a room with a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps and files. We spend a lot of our time walking through the lanes of Bandra to look at properties. It’s a loud area and there is always some construction or traffic going on. We know the landlords and the people who have lived here for years. That helps when someone is looking for a place that isn't too expensive. We handle the paperwork which is usually a big headache for most people. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai. We just want to help people find a decent roof over their heads. You might see us having a quick tea at the corner stall before heading out for a showing. Most of our clients come because a friend told them about us. That is just how we like to work. We’ve been at this address for a long time now and we know every corner of these streets.
