Aditi Estate Agents

We’ve been here in Andheri West for a while now. Aditi Estate Agents is just us, a small team working out of A/3/4. Mostly we deal with folks from around the neighborhood who are looking for a change. It gets pretty busy sometimes, the phones don’t stop ringing and people just wander in asking about flats or shop spaces. We try to keep a good handle on who is moving where, but it’s a lot to track. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays, but that is just how the property business goes in a place like Mumbai. We aren’t a big fancy firm with a huge lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we sit around and talk through things with whoever comes by. People know where to find us. We have seen the streets around here change quite a bit over the years. If someone needs a place to stay or a spot for their business, they usually just drop in for a chat. We don’t have a big sales speech ready. We just pull out our notebooks and see what is currently available on the market. It is practical work, nothing more and nothing less. Usually, we are just drinking some tea and looking through the new listings. Dealing with all the paperwork is probably the slowest part of our day, but we get it done eventually.
