Adis Fast Food

Adis Fast Food is over in Bandra West at number 86. It’s a pretty lively area, especially at night. We stay open late because that’s when most of the people around here are looking for something quick to eat. The kitchen is small, so we’re always bumping into each other when it gets busy. We don’t have much room for fancy equipment. Just the basics like the fryer and the griddle. Bandra has a lot of energy, and being at 86 means we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the delivery riders waiting outside, but we just keep pushing the orders out. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that. People just know we’re here. The walls have some old posters, and the floor is a bit worn down from all the feet walking over it. We try to keep it friendly, though. Usually, there’s some music playing in the background to keep our spirits up during the long shifts. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, and by the end of the night, we’re all pretty tired. But we show up the next day and do it all over again. It’s just a standard fast food spot in a busy part of town, trying to keep up with everyone who stops by for a bite.
