Our office is located at G 7 in Akruti Mall, which is on Gautam Nagar Road in Andheri East. We are on the ground floor, right behind the Akruti Center, so it’s pretty easy for anyone to just walk in when they are passing through the mall. Working in a mall is a bit different from a regular office building because there is always some noise and music playing nearby. We spend our days at the desks in G 7, mostly dealing with people who are looking for office space or apartments in the Andheri area. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always something going on right outside our door. The office isn't very big, but we have enough room for our files and a place for people to sit while we go over the listings. We have some fluorescent lights that stay on all day and a couple of fans to keep the air moving when it gets stuffy. Usually, we are busy answering emails or taking calls from people who saw our name on the mall directory. It’s a straightforward job, and being in Akruti Mall means we are close to everything we need during the day. We don’t really do any big marketing; we just stay here and help whoever walks in with their questions about real estate. It’s a practical location for a small agency like ours and we like the environment.
