Acharya Estate Agent is located at Shop No 341/A on the ground floor over in Kalbadevi. We are tucked away near the Swadeshi Market, which is always crowded and full of life. It’s a small shop, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. People come to us when they are looking for a place to rent or if they have a property they want to sell in the neighborhood. We know this area pretty well because we spend all our time here. It isn't a very large office, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely, but the sign is there. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or walking around showing people different buildings. It gets hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is. We don't use any fancy software to match people with houses; we mostly just remember who is looking for what and check our files. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit, and other times it happens fast. Dealing with property in this part of town can be a bit of a headache with all the old buildings and paperwork, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just like helping the locals and anyone else who stops by the shop. It’s honest work, and we plan on staying in Kalbadevi for a long time.
