Abhay Real Estate is based in unit 103 of Shivaji Apartment. We are on Plot No Kandivali West Hill Road, which is right across from the Charkop Bus Depot. It’s a very easy place to find because the bus depot is such a big landmark in this part of town. Being on the Hill Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The office itself is just a regular apartment room we’ve converted for work. It’s comfortable and has everything we need to run things. We’ve been in Kandivali West for a long time and we know the streets like the back of our hand. Mostly, we spend our time talking to folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings, but we enjoy it. The noise from the buses can be a bit loud sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with glass walls, just a normal space where we can sit down and talk. It feels more like a home than an office, which our visitors seem to like. If you’re coming by bus, you just hop off at Charkop and walk across the road to Shivaji Apartment. We are usually here through the week, keeping track of what’s happening in the local market.
