Abc Property Consultants is the name on our door at 103, Dindoshila. We are located in Khar West and have been in this same spot for many years. It’s a small office, but it works for us. Khar West is a busy place, but Dindoshila is a bit quieter than the main streets. We don’t have a huge team of people or some fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just a few of us here. We aren’t into using big marketing words or having a polished brand. We just talk to people and handle whatever work comes our way. Most of our day is spent here at the desk or out in the neighborhood. Abc Property Consultants is a name that locals have seen around for a long time. We don’t have a mission statement or some fancy philosophy. We just show up and do the work. Some days are slow and others are very busy, but we keep the same routine. We don’t do much advertising at all. People usually find us because they know the area or someone told them about us. 103 isn’t a very big room, but it’s where we keep all the records and files. If you’re around Khar West, you can just stop by the office. We are usually here in the afternoon hours. That’s how we have always run things. It’s simple and it works for a local business like ours.
