Abbais Real Estate

Abbais Real Estate is located at 90, Clear Road in the Laxmi Building. We are in Shop No 2 on the Byculla Kumthekar Road side, quite close to the Town Hotel. It is a small shop, but it is right where the action is in this neighborhood. Real estate in Byculla is always moving, so we stay pretty busy most of the time. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about houses or shops. It is not a polished office with glass walls or fancy rugs. It’s more of a local spot where people come for advice or just to see what is currently available on the market. We know the streets around here pretty well because we walk them every day. Being near the Town Hotel makes it easy for people to find us without a map. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just tell people the truth about the properties they are looking at. Sometimes we are out showing houses, and other times we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. It’s a simple business, really. We have been in the Laxmi Building for some time and we like the people around here. It is a good place to work, even if the sidewalk gets a bit crowded on the weekends. We just take it day by day and do our work.
