We are based out in Latur, specifically in the Nandgaon area at number 317. It’s a more rural or semi-urban spot compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune, but that’s where we like to be. We deal with silks. It’s a bit of a tradition for us, really. The work involves a lot of handling the fabric and checking the weaves to make sure they are right. It’s not a fancy office; it’s more of a functional space where the silk is the main focus. We spend our days surrounded by different colors and textures. Latur can get quite hot during the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning before it peaks. We’ve been in Nandgaon for a long time. Everyone around here knows our face. It’s a small community, and we’re just one of the local businesses keeping things going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we know our silk and we do our jobs every day. Sometimes the power goes out, which slows us down a bit, but we just pick up where we left off once it’s back. It’s a very grounded way of working. We take pride in what we do, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. It’s just life and work in Latur for us.
