Our office is at P No 116/2 in the Sher E Punjab Society. It's a fairly quiet part of Andheri East, right near Domnic Savio School. You can often hear the kids playing during their recess when the windows are kept open. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. Most of what we do involves looking at property papers and talking to people about flats in the neighborhood. Andheri is always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones being renovated. We keep a lot of files and maps of the local area on the shelves. It's not a big corporate setup, just a couple of desks and some plastic chairs for visitors to sit on. We know the streets around Sher E Punjab pretty well. Sometimes we spend the whole day out on site visits walking around, and other times we’re stuck behind the desk doing boring paperwork. It’s a mix. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break. People from the society often drop by just to chat or ask about the current market prices. We don't put on any airs or wear suits. It's just a local consultancy helping people find a place to stay or sell their old apartments. It’s a steady pace of work here in Andheri. We keep the lights off when it's bright enough outside to save on the bill.
