At Aastha Real Estate, we spend our days at 17, Mg Park, which is part of Building No 2. This is over in Dahisar Phase 1, specifically within the Gidc Estate near the R N A Complex. It is quite a mouthful to say the whole address, but it helps people find us in the Rawal Pada area. The office is right where the action is for local property stuff. We get a lot of people walking in just to ask about what is available in the neighborhood. It is a fairly busy spot with a lot of new construction happening around us. Mg Park is a decent area and being in Building No 2 makes it easy for clients to spot our door. The office itself is pretty basic, just some chairs for visitors and a lot of maps and listings stuck to the walls. We do not do anything too fancy with the decor. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while I look through the latest files. The Gidc Estate is quite large, but once you find the R N A Complex, we are just a short walk away from there. Rawal Pada has grown a lot since we first set up here. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing all afternoon, which keeps us on our toes. It is just how things go when you are dealing with houses and land in a place that is expanding like this. We just take it one day at a time and do our work.
