Our agency is located right near Kapadia Nagar in Kurla West. If you know C. S. T. Road, you know it's always packed with people and cars. We've been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a busy area, but it works for us. Usually, the day starts early before the heat really kicks in. We handle a lot of different items and keep track of everything in our ledgers. It’s not a high-tech setup, just a desk and some shelves and people coming in and out. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives. The guys working here are local, so they know the shortcuts around Kurla. We spend a lot of time talking to regular customers who’ve been coming to us for years. It’s more about the relationships than anything else. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us here at Aashirwad Agency. We deal with the daily grind, manage the stock, and make sure things are moving. When the monsoon hits, the road outside gets a bit flooded, but we stay open. It’s a simple operation. We just do our work, chat with the neighbors, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't need much else besides a steady stream of work and some good tea.
