Aarti Realtors is over in Kandivali West, specifically at the 10th Central Mall. We are in office B-38. Being near D Mart means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around, which keeps things interesting. Most of our day is spent talking to people looking for a new place to stay or trying to sell their old flat. Mahavir Nagar is a lively area, and we’ve seen it change quite a bit over the years. We don't have a massive team or anything, just a few of us who know the local streets and buildings pretty well. Sometimes the mall gets really packed on weekends, so we prefer the quieter weekday mornings to get our paperwork sorted. If you’re coming to see us, just head toward the back section of the mall. We usually have a lot of files on the desk and pictures of properties pinned up. It isn't a high-end corporate office, just a practical space where we can sit down and have a real chat about what someone needs. We try to be honest about what’s available in the market right now because prices are always jumping around. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around the neighborhood to check on sites. We’ve been doing this long enough to know most of the building watchmen around here. It’s just normal daily work for us in this part of town.
