Aarch Consultants Valuers

We are Aarch Consultants Valuers and our office is located right on Liberty Garden Road 1 in the Fort area. It is an old part of the city and the building has a bit of character to it. We spend our days doing valuations and consulting work for various clients who come through the door. It is mostly desk work, looking at documents and figures all day long. The office is not very big, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have stacks of files everywhere because there is always something to look up. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider but we know where everything is. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the local traffic and people walking by. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. Usually, if you walk in, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We prefer it that way. It is a simple setup on Liberty Garden Road and we have been here long enough that most of the other shop owners know us. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful when people need a valuation done. It is steady work and we enjoy being in this part of town despite the parking being a bit of a nightmare sometimes. There is always a lot going on right outside our window in the Fort area.
